Hours of Operation

Morning: 8:00 - 9:00 am, Monday through Friday
Afternoon: 4:05 - 5:45 pm, Monday through Thursday (no afterschool program on Fridays)

Please note that all morning and afterschool program registrations for the FY27 school year will remain in pending status until August 3, 2026. On August 3, you will receive an automated email confirming that your student is officially enrolled. Once you've submitted your registration, your spot in the queue is secure.

Students must be registered before attending programs. Students may not be dropped off prior to 8:00 am and all students must be picked up before 6:00 pm.

Student Arrivals

Students must not arrive at campus before 8:00 am, for supervision purposes. Parents/Guardians are to drop students off at the cafeteria door. If students are dropped off earlier than the arrival time, this will be reported and may result in removal from the program. Students must remain in the media center with the teacher until 9:00 am. At 9:00 am they will then report to their assigned grade level location.

After School Dismissal

Students are dismissed from all after school activities at 5:45 pm to parents or activity buses. An electronic dismissal form will be used for parents to sign for students that are dismissed before 5:45 pm. 

Late Pick-Up Policy
Students must be picked up no later than 6:00 pm. Parents/Guardians are considered late, at 6:05 pm. After the second late pick-up, the student will be charged the regular ASP fee. After the third late pick-up, the student will be dismissed from the program. An activity bus is available for students at certain stops. Please check the activity bus schedule. There is no activity bus in the Boca area.

Homework Assistance and Activities

Students receive homework assistance in the Morning and After School Programs by certified teachers.
After school activities will rotate on a daily basis. We strongly encourage all students to fully participate in the multiple opportunities that we provide (yoga, art, recreational sports, coding, and school-wide team events). Depending on staffing days, all students will attend the school athletic events such as volleyball, basketball, and track games/meets.

Fees

Fees are based on the number of school calendar days in the month. Morning School is $3.70 per day, and After School is $6.48 per day. We do not alter for daily rates. Refunds are not available for days absent. The fees must be paid in total by the 1st of the month. Fees are waived only for students who receive free or reduced lunch with District-approved documentation. The documentation must be submitted along with registration before attending. Failure to pay monthly fees will result in a student's immediate removal from the program. The student will not be able to attend until late after school fees are collected. Fees are paid online through the Eleyo portal. If you decide at any time that you need to withdraw your student please be advised that it should be handled before the 20th of the previous month. If not Eleyo will invoice you for the following month.
